K2 Compliance ™ allows for the documentation, reporting and follow up related to any compliance breach or incident.  These sections can be separated according to the needs of the organization.  This function allows for detailed documentation of the incident as well as a storage for any related documents.  Tickets providing specific instructions on document these occurrences can be generated for further proof of reporting.

Users will be able to fill in the date a breach or incident occurred, number of records that were effected, a description of what happened, and the order it will be placed within the notification window.

Nobody wants a breach but if they do ever happen to your organization, your compliance team will be able to keep track of all of the records involved in the breach or incident.
